The challenge was to create an original illustration or design influenced and or inspired by the 2013 Chrysler 300C John Varvatos LE, that could be printed on t-shirts or tote bags.
I was both inspired by the contest vehicle and the act of a star exploding and folding in on its self. Which I believe is a nice segue to the end of the average and the mundane and the beginning of something beautiful and new.

I was inspired by Disney as it has evolved through the ages from Steamboat Willie all the way to present Disney cartoons.
I wanted to do a fun scene of mickey propelled by an array of colors cast from his jet-pack which cause his best friends to be knocked around and start to take on the colors of their present day selves. Evolution through caos as it were.
